Roles instead of positions

We do not operate like most organizations – we are not limited by the frameworks of hierarchy and competences assigned to the position.

Roles are tailored to the predispositions of individuals. Released from the shackles of hierarchy, we have a bigger chance to do what we do best, in a way that is best suited to our actual skills. Seniority is not defined by a label, but by the role’s accountabilities

It also means that many people can perform the same role and a single person often performs many roles in few teams. But their scope, name and allocation are never imposed!
