We believe that the basis of good products is a partnership relationship. What should you know about the team we recruit?

Perversely, we called our team At The End of The Rainbow (Na Końcu Tęczy) – not only because we like the ice cream parlor at Plac Zbawiciela.
The purpose of the team is to build the image and recognition of SYZYGA – both as an Employer and a Technology Partner. We command broadly understood marketing and sales activities. We run projects from Employer Branding to Business Development and all derivatives. A lot is happening here and it is usually very interesting because we create a team consisting of very different personalities and competences. As part of our roles, we are responsible for communication, sales, marketing, analysis and many, many more. It can be said that we share good energy, open minds and a passion for karaoke. Besides, we believe in each other as a team and each other as people. We also believe that SYZYGY is a great place to work and develop – both professionally and personally. And since we adhere to the principles of ultra-honesty and transparency, we can swear that we believe everything we wrote above 💪🏻

Your role and its responsibilities

  • creating quality content using all digital formats (video, photo, copy)
  • knowledge of technical requirements LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
  • understanding how algorithms work
  • creative approach to content creation
  • understanding the differences of communication B2B vs B2C
  • knowledge of the basic measures of marketing-growth AARRR
  • ease in using the English language


By the way… we use a role system instead of positions. To get you started, you’ll get the following roles: Content Writer, Social Media Ninja, Video Maker. But this is just the beginning! We allow ourselves to expand or change the area of our responsibility. You can choose new roles or change their scope. You can read more about it in the article:
