AI Road Show
Was that project too expensive? Let’s run the numbers again
AI has changed the economics of digital. An internal tool, maintenance, a replacement for an expensive SaaS product, a backlog put off for years: what used to be out of budget is now within reach.
Instead of telling you about it, we’ll show you in an hour. On a real project, you’ll see how AI agents design, build and check code, what AI genuinely speeds up today, and where a human is still needed. No sales slides and no obligation.
Agenda: 60 minutes, four parts
- What has changed0–10 min. What costs less and gets built faster thanks to AI – and what hasn’t changed at all. With examples from our projects.
- Live demo10–35 min. From a single sentence to a working feature: how one agent builds a change, how a second agent checks it, and how tests make sure nothing breaks.
- Your project35–50 min. We take one topic from your list and talk through, out loud, how we would approach it with AI: how many stages, what can be accelerated, where the risks are.
- Questions50–60 min. Code and data security, costs, quality, the impact on your team. We give straight answers.
Who is AI Road Show for?
AI Road Show is a session for a single company. It works best when there’s someone from the business side and someone from IT in the room.
We especially invite:
- business – board members, COOs and product owners: they’ll see what is within budget today and how long it really takes to get from an idea to a working version,
- digital – Heads of Digital, e-commerce and marketing: they’ll find out which ideas on their list can be delivered without waiting for a team to become available,
- technology – CTOs, Heads of IT and developers: they’ll see from the inside how agents work, how we safeguard quality and what their own team could take on.
What will you take away from the session?
- A realistic view of the possibilitiesWhat AI speeds up in your case – and what isn’t worth handing over to it.
- A first take on your topicOne project from your list broken down into stages, with the risks and the parts that can be accelerated.
- Answers to tough questionsAbout security, data, code ownership and who is accountable for quality.
- No obligationWe don’t sell during the session and we don’t ask for access to your code or data. All you need is one topic you’d like to discuss.
We show what already works
- Circles. When the vendor of our organisation-management tool announced it was being discontinued, we built our own. The first version was up and running after 3 days, and the full replacement took about 6 weeks. Today, the entire SYZYGY Warsaw team uses it.
- syzygy.pl. We migrated our own website (286 pages) to a new technology and automatically verified that everything looks and works as before.
- SYZYGY AI Nightshift. A night shift of agents that develops software while the team is asleep. We’ll show you the Night Board and the Morning Report.
What if you want to go further?
- An AI hackathon at our office. A day with your developers. An idea in the morning, a working prototype by the evening.
- A new project quote. We re-quote a project that was shelved for budget reasons, this time using the AI-native approach.
- SYZYGY AI Nightshift. The night shift works on your backlog on a subscription basis.
FAQ – questions that usually come up
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The session is free and comes with no obligation.
Do we have to show our code or data?
No. We run the demo on our own project and discuss your topic at the level of a description.
Is it for teams without IT?
Yes. Part of the demo is technical, but we explain it in business terms. If you don’t have an IT team, we’ll focus on what we can build and maintain for you.
Can we invite more people?
Yes. The more mixed the group (business and IT), the better the conversation.
