AI-native approach
Your project didn’t add up a year ago? Today it might.
Some of the work that used to take teams weeks is now done by AI agents, overseen by the people responsible for architecture and quality. For you, that means three things:
- Within budget.
Ideas shelved “for someday” are back on the table.
- More for the same budget.
Broader scope, smaller team, same quality.
- Faster to a working solution.
A first version in weeks, not months.
- We’ve tested it on ourselves
This is how we work every day. Among other things, we used the AI-native approach to build our own tool, which replaced two external SaaS products the whole team was using.
One approach, the entire product lifecycle.
AI helps us at every stage. Choose where you are today.

Fewer pixels, more decisions
Generating a screen takes moments now, so we don’t sell pixels. We help you decide what’s worth building and test it with users before you spend your budget on development.
- In about a week, you get a working prototype you can click through, show to your board and test with users.
- First step: a workshop and a prototype in a week
- User research was always the first thing cut from quotes. With AI, it finally fits into the project.
- First step: a research plan for your project
- After launch, we check how people use the product and recommend what to develop next.
- First step: a review of your product data

More within the same budget
Small, senior teams coordinate the work of AI agents. People are responsible for the architecture and the decisions, agents handle much of the implementation, and tests enforce the rules. This is also how AI Nightshift works – a night shift of agents that keeps building even while the team is asleep.
- We start from your budget, not from a feature list, and show you what can realistically be built for it.
- First step: a 60-minute “what can your budget build” session
- Was your project too expensive a year ago? We’ll re-quote it using the AI-native approach and show you the difference.
- First step: a free re-quote
- We’ll work out whether your own tool would cost less than a SaaS subscription – and if it would, we’ll build it.
- First step: a Build vs Buy analysis

Maintenance that doesn’t eat up your budget
A maintenance budget often disappears into day-to-day fixes. When routine work goes faster, the same budget starts paying for development.
- Faster ticket diagnosis, automated regression tests and smoother version upgrades.
- First step: a review of your current maintenance
- We tackle tasks that have been put off for years in a short, intensive sprint.
- First step: a backlog review and a sprint quote
- We document the system, point out the risks and propose a step-by-step modernisation plan.
- First step: a code and documentation audit
AI works faster. People are accountable for quality.
People set the direction and take responsibility, while AI agents do the repetitive work. That’s how we built Circles – our own tool that replaced two SaaS products at SYZYGY in 6 weeks.
- 1. We start with the goal and the budget
We agree on what should change in your business and how much you want to spend on it.
- 2. We prototype before we build
We quickly show you a working version and test it with users.
- 3. We build with a small team and AI agents
Senior specialists set the direction, agents do much of the implementation.
- 4. Every change is checked by tests and a reviewer agent
Nothing gets into the code without a full set of green tests.
- 5. We measure and improve
After launch, the data tells us what to do next.
We’ll tell you honestly how much you’ll gain.
The AI-native approach doesn’t deliver the same result in every project. Before we promise anything, we check where the gains are real.
You’ll gain the most when:
- you’re building an internal tool or a business application
- you’re developing a portal or website on a CMS platform such as Magnolia
- you need an MVP or a pilot with a hard deadline
- you’re paying for an expensive SaaS product that could be replaced
- you maintain a system with a long backlog

Questions we hear most often
Doesn’t faster and cheaper mean worse?
No. AI takes over repetitive work, not decisions. Every change is checked by automated tests and an independent reviewer agent, and we’re accountable for the code just as we are for any other code we deliver.
What about the security of my data and code?
We work on business plans of AI tools under which the provider does not train models on our data. We only put client materials into AI tools to the extent agreed with the client.
Does it work on the platforms we already use?
Yes. We also work this way on enterprise platforms such as Magnolia.
How much will I actually save?
It depends on the project. The quickest way to find out is a call or a free re-quote.
Does anything change on my side?
Mainly the pace: we build faster, so we also need faster decisions and feedback.
How do we bill?
Implementations are usually fixed price, while maintenance is a package of days billed according to the hours actually worked. You can also pay for ongoing development with AI agents as a subscription, as part of AI Nightshift.
