SYZYGY Warsaw is a team of programmers and designers who have been creating and developing digital products for 17 years.
We are part of the international SYZYGY Group, which provides digital transformation services to clients worldwide. The Warsaw branch is the Group’s technological hub. Our current focus is on the development of digital products in the e-commerce area.
Since 2020, we have been pursuing the Teal management concept. Our simplified organisational structure excludes the role of managers, dispersing the management function and basing it on self-organised teams.
Transparency is a core value of our organisation, both in our internal operations and in our customer relations.
