EBS Security, a leader in security equipment manufacturing, approached us to help identify their requirements and challenges for a new mobile application. Their goal was to enhance the management of alarm systems and smart home features for their users. This involved integrating new functionalities with existing systems and creating an intuitive user interface.
EBS Security needed support in analyzing requirements and designing an intuitive mobile application. A key challenge was integrating new functions with existing systems and ensuring a simple, effective user interface. As part of the mobile application Discovery, we analyzed client and user needs, considering business requirements from the end-user perspective. We conducted workshops using Event Modeling, detailed UX/UI analyses, and created mockups meeting both technical and user requirements.
