What are the next steps in the Recruitment?

Recruitment is a conversation

First of all, we want to get to know you and find out who you are. We focus on a relaxed atmosphere, partnership and honesty.

We focus on people and mutual understanding, therefore our recruitment process focuses on getting to know each other. We make decisions at each level together, and the person employed is selected by the entire team

6 steps to join us!

1.
The starting point
Your documents go to our system, and we, together with our teams, check whether your experience matches the role we are looking for. Our recruiting team has approximately 5 days to reply to you – we usually do this every Friday.
2.
Time to get to know each other
If we are interested in your experience, we will send you an invitation for a short 30-minute video call. It is of an introductory nature. At the end of the conversation, you will receive feedback from us. If this did not happen – we will get back to you with feedback as soon as possible.
3.
Do we fit together?
It is about a 60-minute meeting with the band and a person from the People team. At this meeting, we will talk about where you want to work and what is important to you. We try to ask questions for which there are no right or wrong answers. What is interesting is the path you take and the way you think about the problem, the rationale for your decisions and the elements you pay attention to. Depending on your position, you may be asked to complete a task.
4.
Meet Us Day
We believe that recruitment is a decision of two parties. During this stage you will have the opportunity to meet your future team. Meeting will show you in which direction our organization is going and how our daily work. We want you to be able to make an informed decision easier and avoid disappointment caused by other expectations in the future. This stage takes about 3-4 hours. Usually the day after you receive feedback from us.
5.
Welcome on board!
We will contact you to confirm your working conditions once again and send you a letter of intent. Our Onboarding Guide will then contact you to discuss the details of your first day of work.
6.
Your Onboarding
We know that the first days in a new place can be difficult, so from the very beginning, you will have a dedicated person who will help you move through the period of implementation into new responsibilities and situation.

We want to make products, not projects. Therefor we don’t want to be contractors for customers, but partners in the development of their product.
